Taking the time to care for yourself isn’t a luxury–it’s essential for your well-being. So how are you shaping up this year?
30 min – I exercise at least 30 minutes most days of the week and I maintain a healthy weight.
5 servings – I eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
1 time a year – I get a yearly flu shot.
No, No – I am tobacco free.
Regularly – I stay current on my preventative care according to my providers advice.
